Help
Most problems have a quick fix. If none of these sort it, email mutualsonly.help@gmail.com and include what you saw — we usually reply within a day.
"Couldn't reach the Instagram tab"
Open instagram.com in the same Chrome window and make sure you're logged in, then hit Scan again. If a tab was already open before you installed Mutuals Only, reload it once.
The scan stops early or finds fewer people than expected
Instagram slows down requests when a list is long. Mutuals Only waits it out, but if it stops early just run Rescan later — nothing is lost, and it never unfollows anyone during a scan.
Unfollowing says "Following button not found"
Two common causes. First, Instagram must be set to English — Mutuals Only finds the button by its label, so another language stops it. Second, Instagram sometimes changes its page layout; if it's that, we push an update quickly, so email us and we'll tell you when it's fixed.
It stopped and said Instagram showed a warning
That's Mutuals Only protecting your account on purpose. It pauses for 24 hours. Use Instagram normally in the meantime and press Resume the next day — your list of marked accounts is saved.
I paid but it's still locked
Click "I've already paid — refresh" on the unlock card. If it's still locked, open the unlock page again and choose Log in with the email you paid with.
Does it work on my phone?
Not yet — it's a Chrome extension, so it needs a Mac or PC. You only need your computer for the scan and swiping.
Refunds
Changed your mind? If you haven't run a full scan yet, email us within 14 days of buying and we'll refund you, no argument.
Once you've run a full scan we can't refund you, because by then you have the thing you paid for — the complete list of accounts that don't follow you back — and it's yours to act on whether or not you keep using the app.
Unless it's broken. If it won't scan, or unfollowing has stopped working because Instagram changed something, email us and we'll sort it out or refund you regardless of how much you've used it. The rule above exists to stop people taking the list and asking for the money back — not to keep your money when the product let you down.
