The phone-only way
This works entirely on your phone, but it's slower: you ask Instagram for your data, then unfollow each account yourself with a tap. Nothing is uploaded and no password is involved.
- Open Instagram → Settings → Accounts Centre
- Your information and permissions → Download your information
- Choose Some of your information → tick Followers and following
- Pick Download to device, date range All time, format JSON
- Instagram emails you a file. Come back here and open it below.
